Narrative:

Due to massive construction on the south side of runway 9L departure and the subsequent movement of the hold short line coupled with no apparent NOTAMS in preflight paperwork, poor markings, and the vicinity of runway 12 hold short line we stopped with our nose slightly beyond the runway 9L hold short line after crew determined late the new hold short line. No call was made to the aircraft at the time by tower and in summary, it was entirely a non event.
