Narrative:

After receiving the load closeout the first officer briefed me that we were 2900 pounds light. We reviewed our takeoff performance and proceeded to ZZZ1. The next morning at ZZZ1 we were informed that on our flight from ZZZ that we had 2 cargo bins that were not counted on our closeout. The 2 bins were XXXX (31 bags), and XXXY (32 bags) totaling 2520 pounds. Also, we were informed that we had a live animal (dog) in the same compartment with dry ice.
