Narrative:

Departing maf. We aborted our takeoff due to a E2 automatic takeoff thrust ctt system, no margin. We ran our checklist and contacted moc, who recommended flight crew placard the automatic takeoff thrust ctt system inoperative and continue with a T/O-1 takeoff. On the T/O-1 takeoff, we aborted the takeoff due to engine #2 over temperature and returned to the gate. We notified dispatch and moc. The flight was cancelled.

Narrative: DEPARTING MAF. WE ABORTED OUR TKOF DUE TO A E2 AUTOMATIC TKOF THRUST CTT SYS, NO MARGIN. WE RAN OUR CHKLIST AND CONTACTED MOC, WHO RECOMMENDED FLT CREW PLACARD THE AUTOMATIC TKOF THRUST CTT SYS INOP AND CONTINUE WITH A T/O-1 TKOF. ON THE T/O-1 TKOF, WE ABORTED THE TKOF DUE TO ENG #2 OVER TEMP AND RETURNED TO THE GATE. WE NOTIFIED DISPATCH AND MOC. THE FLT WAS CANCELLED.
