Narrative:

Gear-up landing. No persons injured. Relatively minor damage to aircraft. Plane was lifted manually to open landing gear, taxi to FBO. Approximately 2 mins to remove aircraft from runway 36, person (unknown) notified the FAA. Distraction during landing caused me to bypass activation of landing gear. Noticed with grinding noise on landing. Corrective action: no talking to passenger while landing/takeoff.
