Narrative:

Departed mmk on planned flight to norfolk, va. Attempted class C radar services. Advised by ATC to 'stay clear of class C and call back in 5 mins.' proceeded around class C of isp, navigating between class C and B over the water. Attempted contact with ny for class B service. Advised to 'stand by.' proceeded under the floor for class B. Attempted contact with republic tower prior to entering class D. Advised by republic tower of ADIZ violation and to land at isp. While it is clearly my fault for not checking airspace restrs prior to flight, the air traffic for isp was in contact with me before entering the ADIZ and failed to notify me of its existence.
