Narrative:

Departed from kphl, climbing to 10000 ft. Cleared direct to mxe. At about 9800 ft, we got an aircraft on the TCASII at 10000 ft, coming from our right to the left. We got a descend RA and complied with it. We were in the clouds looking at TCASII. The other aircraft went directly over us. We went to about 9600 ft and got a clear of conflict. We returned to 10000 ft and continued the flight. A gulfstream departed before us, and they held him at 9000 ft. We advised departure that we were complying with the RA. They acknowledged, but said nothing else. Thanks to TCASII, I can send this to you. I never saw the other aircraft nor knew what it was.
