Narrative:
I had a narrow escape at rld. One of the airport maintenance trucks caused a runway incursion to runway 19. It was XA30 GMT on mar/fri/03. I had reported '10 mi out for runway 19 full stop,' '4 mi final runway 19 full stop,' '2 mi final runway 19 full stop (it was here that I saw the truck, on the parallel taxiway east of the runway),' and 'short final runway 19.' when I was over the numbers, the truck turned west onto taxiway B, then south onto the runway. I did a go around and landed on runway 25. No damage, but runway incursions remain a problem, and it isn't just GA pilots causing them.

Title: C206 PLT HAD AN ARPT TRUCK ENTER THE RWY JUST AHEAD OF HIS LNDG ACFT ON RWY 19 AT RLD.
Narrative: I HAD A NARROW ESCAPE AT RLD. ONE OF THE ARPT MAINT TRUCKS CAUSED A RWY INCURSION TO RWY 19. IT WAS XA30 GMT ON MAR/FRI/03. I HAD RPTED '10 MI OUT FOR RWY 19 FULL STOP,' '4 MI FINAL RWY 19 FULL STOP,' '2 MI FINAL RWY 19 FULL STOP (IT WAS HERE THAT I SAW THE TRUCK, ON THE PARALLEL TXWY E OF THE RWY),' AND 'SHORT FINAL RWY 19.' WHEN I WAS OVER THE NUMBERS, THE TRUCK TURNED W ONTO TXWY B, THEN S ONTO THE RWY. I DID A GAR AND LANDED ON RWY 25. NO DAMAGE, BUT RWY INCURSIONS REMAIN A PROB, AND IT ISN'T JUST GA PLTS CAUSING THEM.
