Narrative:

Landed without talking to tower. Approach control cleared us for a visual approach but did not tell us to change over to tower. We did not change over on our own, although we had the frequency pre-tuned. We were high at the time because we were instructed to cross another airport above 2500 ft. This increased workload -- running before landing checklist, getting aircraft configured, and stabilized for approach. Fatigue was a factor, we were both tired with a long day after a minimum night rest.

Title: H-25C CREW LANDED AT MCO WITHOUT CLRNC.

Narrative: LANDED WITHOUT TALKING TO TWR. APCH CTL CLRED US FOR A VISUAL APCH BUT DID NOT TELL US TO CHANGE OVER TO TWR. WE DID NOT CHANGE OVER ON OUR OWN, ALTHOUGH WE HAD THE FREQ PRE-TUNED. WE WERE HIGH AT THE TIME BECAUSE WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO CROSS ANOTHER ARPT ABOVE 2500 FT. THIS INCREASED WORKLOAD -- RUNNING BEFORE LNDG CHKLIST, GETTING ACFT CONFIGURED, AND STABILIZED FOR APCH. FATIGUE WAS A FACTOR, WE WERE BOTH TIRED WITH A LONG DAY AFTER A MINIMUM NIGHT REST.
