Narrative:

First officer performing managed descent inbound on korry arrival to lga with 10000 ft set on FCU. We were cleared to descend via the korry arrival. The crossing restr at brand was at or above 11000 ft MSL. At 12000 ft, the controller issued maintain speed '300 KTS or greater.' we had been using managed speed and descent. The first officer then went to speed select 300 KTS and open descent. We went 300 ft below 11000 ft prior to brand. Since 10000 ft was set in FCU for arrival, we crossed brand at 10700 ft MSL due to being in open descent mode. We leveled out properly at 10000 ft at the next intersection.

Narrative: FO PERFORMING MANAGED DSCNT INBOUND ON KORRY ARR TO LGA WITH 10000 FT SET ON FCU. WE WERE CLRED TO DSND VIA THE KORRY ARR. THE XING RESTR AT BRAND WAS AT OR ABOVE 11000 FT MSL. AT 12000 FT, THE CTLR ISSUED MAINTAIN SPD '300 KTS OR GREATER.' WE HAD BEEN USING MANAGED SPD AND DSCNT. THE FO THEN WENT TO SPD SELECT 300 KTS AND OPEN DSCNT. WE WENT 300 FT BELOW 11000 FT PRIOR TO BRAND. SINCE 10000 FT WAS SET IN FCU FOR ARR, WE CROSSED BRAND AT 10700 FT MSL DUE TO BEING IN OPEN DSCNT MODE. WE LEVELED OUT PROPERLY AT 10000 FT AT THE NEXT INTXN.
