Narrative:

After deplaning passenger, the PNF reviewed the departure procedure for runway 19 instead of runway 24. The PF questioned the heading. The procedure was then reviewed for runway 24, however, the altitude was to 1500 ft instead of 2000 ft. Upon departure, 2000 ft was recalled from memory of PF. PNF had the only chart. When ATC questioned altitude, descent to 1500 was made. Fatigue was a factor since the duty day started at XA00 with a 4 hour long delay at btr to await passenger. Also, having only 1 chart available makes it difficult to confirm information.
