Narrative:
In range call stating window heat problem. Conferred with captain. He turned on left forward window heat and told me it went to overheat intermittently in-flight. Also pointed out the associated korry light was falling out. I removed and replaced left forward controller, tightened korry base, and operations checked. Signed off logbook. The shift had 2 other gate calls in progress, 1 being a gate return. In my haste to complete the gate call, I didn't read the logbook write-up. The captain wrote up the right front window heat after we discussed the left forward problem (crew change). I was complacent in not reading the write-up and was in a hurry to assist with the gate return.
