Narrative:

Student pilot solo flight, round trip from jyo to okv. Pre-briefed by instructor to stay out of class B airspace, and to establish 2-WAY communications with pct clearance and departure when operating in the ADIZ area. Departed jyo at XA45 with 2-WAY communications, squawking. As I approached okv, pct departure advised me to squawk VFR. I complied and landed okv. Departed okv at XB30 with VFR squawk code. As I approached ADIZ, I was unable to establish contact with pct approach (120.45). As I continued towards the ADIZ without 2-WAY communication, I decided to contact the FSS (jyo on 122.60). The FSS was unable to assist with contacting pct. After already entering the ADIZ (due to distrs of communication), I was able to contact pct approach (120.45), who gave me a new squawk code, and established radar contact. I then landed at jyo at XC15.
