Narrative:
I took off from 2w5 (md airport) without a transponder code and clearance. After contacting potomac approach south of 2w5 at 1500 ft, I returned to the airport and obtained a clearance. I had filed a flight plan.

Narrative: I TOOK OFF FROM 2W5 (MD ARPT) WITHOUT A XPONDER CODE AND CLRNC. AFTER CONTACTING POTOMAC APCH S OF 2W5 AT 1500 FT, I RETURNED TO THE ARPT AND OBTAINED A CLRNC. I HAD FILED A FLT PLAN.
