Narrative:
On mar/sat/03, responded to gate call for aircraft X. Pilot verbally reported a spar valve light malfunction. PIREP in logbook stated 'engine' valve light malfunction. I thought the pilot was confused in his write-up and placarded the spar valve with concurrence from flight crew. On mar/sun/03, responded to gate call, and replacarded engine valve lights inoperative per MEL/mpm.
