Narrative:
Walked away from helicopter while rotor blades still turning. Landed on the numbers of runway 23 secure fencing and controled gate to get onto runway. Is this unsafe? If so, I will stay next to helicopter while blades rotate to a stop.

Narrative: WALKED AWAY FROM HELI WHILE ROTOR BLADES STILL TURNING. LANDED ON THE NUMBERS OF RWY 23 SECURE FENCING AND CTLED GATE TO GET ONTO RWY. IS THIS UNSAFE? IF SO, I WILL STAY NEXT TO HELI WHILE BLADES ROTATE TO A STOP.
