Narrative:

I picked up the clearance and was cleared as filed. The first fix was vrb. The route was properly programmed into the FMS. We were told to taxi and hold short of runway 30. The intersection at the end of runway 30 was slightly confusing due to a lack of markings and medians. From our position we had to cross runway 34 to position on runway 30. We were cleared for takeoff on runway 30. In the low light conditions we were able to line up on the proper runway after searching for the correct lines. On departure we were handed off to departure control. I called the controller and he acknowledged. About 30 seconds later, he asked where we were going. I told him vrb. He gave us an immediate turn to the south and told us that we were supposed to be on runway heading. During the turn we received a TA from an aircraft 600 ft below and approximately 3-4 mi. No further incident occurred. Neither the captain nor myself recalled being given runway heading. However, it is possible that I either missed the call or forgot while we were concentrating on lining up with the correct runway.

Title: AN LR45 FLT CREW IS ALERTED TO A HDG TRACK DEV BY DEP CTLR WHO STATED THEY HAD BEEN ASSIGNED RWY HDG, NOT A TURN ON COURSE AFTER DEP SUA, FL.

Narrative: I PICKED UP THE CLRNC AND WAS CLRED AS FILED. THE FIRST FIX WAS VRB. THE RTE WAS PROPERLY PROGRAMMED INTO THE FMS. WE WERE TOLD TO TAXI AND HOLD SHORT OF RWY 30. THE INTXN AT THE END OF RWY 30 WAS SLIGHTLY CONFUSING DUE TO A LACK OF MARKINGS AND MEDIANS. FROM OUR POS WE HAD TO CROSS RWY 34 TO POS ON RWY 30. WE WERE CLRED FOR TKOF ON RWY 30. IN THE LOW LIGHT CONDITIONS WE WERE ABLE TO LINE UP ON THE PROPER RWY AFTER SEARCHING FOR THE CORRECT LINES. ON DEP WE WERE HANDED OFF TO DEP CTL. I CALLED THE CTLR AND HE ACKNOWLEDGED. ABOUT 30 SECONDS LATER, HE ASKED WHERE WE WERE GOING. I TOLD HIM VRB. HE GAVE US AN IMMEDIATE TURN TO THE S AND TOLD US THAT WE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE ON RWY HDG. DURING THE TURN WE RECEIVED A TA FROM AN ACFT 600 FT BELOW AND APPROX 3-4 MI. NO FURTHER INCIDENT OCCURRED. NEITHER THE CAPT NOR MYSELF RECALLED BEING GIVEN RWY HDG. HOWEVER, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT I EITHER MISSED THE CALL OR FORGOT WHILE WE WERE CONCENTRATING ON LINING UP WITH THE CORRECT RWY.
