Narrative:

I was assigned to work an overnight service check. The aircraft had a logbook write-up, passenger intercom system popping circuit breaker. Swing shift avionics was already trouble-shooting the problem. Turnover to grave shift was to remove and replace 3 passenger service units. At about XA30, avionics arrived with the 3 new passenger service units. I was asked to xfer oxygen generators. When my work was accomplished, avionics finished installing the new passenger service units. I did not think of calling for inspection. Avionics signed the logbook write-up. It was after XC00, and the aircraft was scheduled for a flight. I signed the service check in the logbook. After aircraft made 3 trips and stopped at ZZZ1 for a heavy maintenance check. The inspection department at ZZZ1 was notified to check the maintenance in question and generate a line non-routine work card.
