Narrative:

Both engines slow to start (extreme cold outside air temperature) but both stabilized within time limits -- more than 5 mins on engine's warm-up. Commenced takeoff roll and first officer shouted 'right engine' (estimated at about 95 KTS). Hearing first officer's phraseology 'right engine' I aborted the takeoff (estimated at about 100-105 KTS). Cleared runway and noticed 'right engine high stage' EICAS. Notified dispatch and returned to gate. Maintenance action was taken. No incident with flight attendants and passenger. Note: first officer just returned after approximately 6 months of no flying.
