Narrative:

On approach to lex, we were given a vector to a visual approach for runway 22. I had previously heard an aircraft completing VFR practice ILS approachs. He then requested to proceed back to their home airport. I looked on my mfd and noticed his path would cross ours at some point. Traffic was called out 9 O'clock position, 1000 ft low. We had that traffic on TCASII. We saw another target that was not called out on TCASII. It was 10 O'clock and 500 ft low. I saw the traffic as we got a TA. I soon lost the traffic and we got an RA to 'climb, climb now.' I disconnected the autoplt, increased pitch and added power. We were soon clear of conflict. We asked ATC about the traffic and he said he forgot. Better callouts would help prevent.
