Narrative:
Left gate with clearance 'taxi to runway 28R' taxied on A5 and mistakenly passed taxiway a and entered runway 28R and immediately contacted ground. Exited runway at A4. Human factors: 1) first officer, heads down for weights, and came heads up as I entered runway. 2) captain, distracted by new numbers and missed proper taxiway.
