Narrative:

On feb/sun/03, I replaced a left nose tire assembly. The wheel was replaced in accordance with the B757 amm and properly torqued. The aircraft flew 1 cycle and was found to be loose. The wheel was apparently not seated all the way on the axle. Even though the wheel was torqued and the safety bolts were installed, it was not seated. The work was performed with the assistance of another mechanic, who also filled out all the paperwork while I actually performed the work.
