Narrative:

Advised by ord flight office that on initial taxi out from gate X ord, that the jetblast caused a baggage cart at Y to roll into an A320 at gate Z. The geometry after pushback at X creates a situation where jetblast is directed toward Y area, and although minimum thrust was used, estimate no more than 26-27% N1, the baggage cart in question had inoperative brakes, and thus rolled when contacted by jet exhaust, and subsequently rolled into the aircraft at Z.
