Narrative:

First officer is on the skebr 2 arrival at las landing runway 25L. On review of ATIS, first officer selects on the FMS skebr 2 for runway 25L selects no transition and clears any discontinuities on the FMC. At skebr, the aircraft starts a r-hand turn to shand (the 10 DME fix on the localizer). We should be going to kepec after a 20 degree heading change (approximately). Kepec is selected in the FMC and we start turning back towards kepec. ATC asks where we are going. We tell them we had our LNAV set up incorrectly and they ask us to give them a call. The rest of the arrival and landing was uneventful. In conclusion, I will fly with the legs page selected and when setting up the FMC, I will select all transitions that apply.
