Narrative:

Inbound flight crew wrote up a nose gear disconnect. I accomplished a bite check on the proximity box, and 'code 15' and only 15 appeared, which is the right main landing gear primary downlock sensor. I neglected to include that the nose gear did not fault on my signoff.

Title: A FOKKER 100 WITH A LOG RPT OF NOSEWHEEL DISCONNECT WAS IMPROPERLY SIGNED OFF BY NOT STATING THE BITE TEST SHOWED NO FAULTS.

Narrative: INBOUND FLC WROTE UP A NOSE GEAR DISCONNECT. I ACCOMPLISHED A BITE CHK ON THE PROX BOX, AND 'CODE 15' AND ONLY 15 APPEARED, WHICH IS THE R MAIN LNDG GEAR PRIMARY DOWNLOCK SENSOR. I NEGLECTED TO INCLUDE THAT THE NOSE GEAR DID NOT FAULT ON MY SIGNOFF.
