Narrative:
Concerning aircraft change order X dec/tue/02, 3 aircraft involved. Complied with aircraft change order, I was issued module from predraw rack. Step 'D' says to rework and install. I misunderstood and thought rework meant to swap fitting over from old module. I was informed on jan/tue/03 that a kit with new parts was to be installed on all 3 aircraft. I was never issued a kit, only the new module -- all 3 times.

Narrative: CONCERNING ACFT CHANGE ORDER X DEC/TUE/02, 3 ACFT INVOLVED. COMPLIED WITH ACFT CHANGE ORDER, I WAS ISSUED MODULE FROM PREDRAW RACK. STEP 'D' SAYS TO REWORK AND INSTALL. I MISUNDERSTOOD AND THOUGHT REWORK MEANT TO SWAP FITTING OVER FROM OLD MODULE. I WAS INFORMED ON JAN/TUE/03 THAT A KIT WITH NEW PARTS WAS TO BE INSTALLED ON ALL 3 ACFT. I WAS NEVER ISSUED A KIT, ONLY THE NEW MODULE -- ALL 3 TIMES.
