Narrative:

Landed runway 4R taxiing, turned left from taxiway J to taxiway south. Noticed packed ice, very minor on taxiway J. Turned onto taxiway south and proceeded to straighten nosewheel. No response. Continued turning steering full opposite direction. No response. Now heading towards taxi edge markers, applied brakes, aircraft skidded. Were not sure if we exited taxiway. The nose was off, but nosewheel questionable. After final stop, able to regain control. Informed ground frequency of situation. They sent car to inspect. No reply was given, no complaints or calls made. Informed maintenance upon arrival. No nosewheel damage or markings present. Taxi speed was fortunately slow enough. I believe any faster would have had us heading to taxiway markings with nosewheel incident. All I can gather was a black ice possibility.
