Narrative:

We left ZZZ on flight abcd dec/mon/02. Dispatched with krueger flaps disabled. At cruise altitude, the captain, flying, noted aileron trim at 5 degrees right wing down. We discussed the possible relationship of kruegers to aileron trim. We didn't think disabled kruegers could deploy, so we phone patched dispatch and maintenance. We were 250-350 NM from ZZZ during the consultation. Fuel burn was normal, and no vibrations. Other abnormalities were present. We elected to continue to ZZZ1 and landed uneventfully ahead of projected fuel burn. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated this entire krueger flap incident started out as an indication problem, and the kruger flaps were disabled per the MEL. The reporter said it is believed the right flap was disabled, but the left flap was not disabled. The reporter stated this airplane flew in this condition for 2 weeks before a positive fix was accomplished. The reporter said the maintenance action taken for the fix was unknown.
