Narrative:

Aircraft X, a B767, had completed his landing on runway 31R and was turning left at taxiway V with instructions to turn left onto taxiway B and taxi to the ramp. Aircraft Y was then cleared for takeoff. As aircraft X was turning left onto taxiway B, an amass warning was received. Because of this amass warning, as a precaution, the takeoff clearance to aircraft Y was canceled.
