Narrative:

Same time after accomplishing install check on fdr on aircraft X, I came into routing to sign off on write-up item. Unable to find logbook and package, I asked the supervisor where it was. My supervisor told me that all of the items had been signed off and the package was closed. As per what my supervisor had said, I understood someone else had also accomplished the check and closed the item.
