Narrative:

The purser checked passenger seating manifest, and it was revealed that passenger had moved to first class. Plenty of seats, few passenger. Purser notified captain and did talk with passenger and his seat mate whom the passenger stated 'they were talking business.' captain was persistent in reporting the incident. Passenger's seat mate said they (passenger in question) needed to talk, no harm done, bad judgement by passenger and his seat mate. The passenger in question did not move back to coach, so captain reported both 'the' passenger and his seat mate upon arrival in dallas.

Title: MD80 FLT ATTENDANTS HAD 2 COACH PAX MOVE THEMSELVES INTO FIRST CLASS. THE PAX REFUSED TO RETURN TO COACH WHEN ASKED.

Narrative: THE PURSER CHKED PAX SEATING MANIFEST, AND IT WAS REVEALED THAT PAX HAD MOVED TO FIRST CLASS. PLENTY OF SEATS, FEW PAX. PURSER NOTIFIED CAPT AND DID TALK WITH PAX AND HIS SEAT MATE WHOM THE PAX STATED 'THEY WERE TALKING BUSINESS.' CAPT WAS PERSISTENT IN RPTING THE INCIDENT. PAX'S SEAT MATE SAID THEY (PAX IN QUESTION) NEEDED TO TALK, NO HARM DONE, BAD JUDGEMENT BY PAX AND HIS SEAT MATE. THE PAX IN QUESTION DID NOT MOVE BACK TO COACH, SO CAPT RPTED BOTH 'THE' PAX AND HIS SEAT MATE UPON ARR IN DALLAS.
