Narrative:

At key west airport, I received clearance to taxi BE90 to runway 9. Coming out of the FBO ramp, I turned onto the active taxiway. That's where I heard a thump. I looked around, did not see anything wrong. I then looked at the engine instruments and everything was fine. I continued on the taxiway at normal to slow speed to the approach end of runway 9, where a runup was made -- all indications were normal and within limits for takeoff. At my destination, I landed and did a walkaround and saw that 2 of the blades on the left propeller were chipped and bent. At key west it did seem or felt as if the propeller struck something. Conditions at key west that afternoon reported to have a thunderstorm at the airport, before I arrived at XY30. When I arrived, parts of the taxiway were flooded. 3 hours later, when I started my taxi to runway 9, the ramp area and taxiway were still flooded, including the area where the thump was heard. In addition, the taxiing speed was slow and smooth over the flooded area, but damage was made to propeller blades.
