Narrative:

On oct/sun/02, I was operating flight abcd from msp to cvg. During climb through FL210, we got a left oil pressure warning which signified low oil pressure in that engine. The warning was very brief and then cleared on its own. We consulted and completed the appropriate checklist. We attempted to contact our dispatcher and maintenance controllers on the radio numerous times but were unable to communicate with them. The warning reappeared intermittently approximately 2-3 more times. I elected to divert to msn for a precautionary landing. During approach, the left oil pressure warning intermittently reappeared approximately 15 times. We landed without further incident. Crash fire rescue equipment equipment was in position during landing. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the cause of the intermittent oil pressure warning light was an engine mounted pressure transducer.

CFR EQUIP WAS IN POS DURING LNDG. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THE CAUSE OF THE INTERMITTENT OIL PRESSURE WARNING LIGHT WAS AN ENG MOUNTED PRESSURE TRANSDUCER.
