Narrative:
Female passenger in first class was agitated throughout flight. She grabbed my elbow and dug her nails into my arm. She said I was on a 'mission from hell' and had a bad attitude. The captain attempted to talk to her as she deplaned, and she screamed at him all the way up the jetbridge. Overall, not a big deal.

Title: AN MD80 CABIN ATTENDANT RPTS A FIRST CLASS FEMALE PAX DISPLAYED AGGRESSIVE PHYSICAL AND VERBAL ABUSE.
Narrative: FEMALE PAX IN FIRST CLASS WAS AGITATED THROUGHOUT FLT. SHE GRABBED MY ELBOW AND DUG HER NAILS INTO MY ARM. SHE SAID I WAS ON A 'MISSION FROM HELL' AND HAD A BAD ATTITUDE. THE CAPT ATTEMPTED TO TALK TO HER AS SHE DEPLANED, AND SHE SCREAMED AT HIM ALL THE WAY UP THE JETBRIDGE. OVERALL, NOT A BIG DEAL.
