Narrative:

Runway 28L&right were active. Approach controller asked for opposite direction to runway 10R. I had a helicopter doing stop-and-goes on parallel taxiway. I had just switched him over for one on the runway 28L. Spirited discussion about short-staffing and lack of time off ensued with approach controller (tracab operation at the time). Did not update paperwork to reflect helicopter on runway 28L, and cleared BE20 to land on runway 10R. BE20 asked about the lights coming at him on final. I attempted to sidestep him to runway 10L, but he said it was fine. Helicopter saw it all coming and helped me out. Good lessons learned: update your paperwork and pay attention! Leave the discussions for the break room. Very embarrassing situation!
