Narrative:

Aircraft terminated in ZZZ on sep/sat/02. The termination was unscheduled. Upon arrival in ZZZ, I contacted planning as to the level check required. I was informed that a pm check would be necessary. I then noted it and issued the check work cards. When the final summary was published it stated a type of check was to be accomplished. When I signed off on the summary final I initialed that a job card was not check worked when a job card was check worked. This led to the check to be overflown.
