Narrative:
Needed to replace #3 VHF communication audio panel. Used reference manual (not ipc). A 623008 was called for, installed in aircraft, and tested ok. Found out later ipc calls for 723004. Aircraft departed ZZZ to ZZZ1 where correct part was installed.
