Narrative:

Passenger in first class en route to rst via ord. While at gate, purser (#2 flight attendant) made an announcement for a physician, so I went forward. In first class, the passenger (mr X) was on floor in aisle. Purser was performing compressions, flight attendant #3 was monitoring aed and a passenger was operating ambu bag. The ambu operator was mr X's daughter. I put on gloves, replaced purser and purser replaced daughter. Performed cpr until paramedics took over. Passenger pronounced dead. Human factors: I noticed that the daughter was not performing cpr correctly. Purser noticed as well, hence my assistance. I believe that most cpr qualified individuals are still performing cpr as 5 compressions to 1 breath. We are now doing 15 compressions to 1. However, we all believe that mr X, who had passed us during boarding, looked very ill when brought aboard. He was in last stages of terminal liver cancer heading to medical clinic.
