Narrative:

En route at FL350 from bos to sfo, 40 NM east of mci, received a right engine oil filter bypass EICAS. Followed procedure in book and after consulting with air carrier maintenance controller and dispatch, we shut down right engine, declared an emergency, and landed in mci. We were 4000 pounds over maximum landing weight and made a decision to land anyway. After landing, the right rear main brake locked up and we were unable to move the aircraft. We had to deplane via airstairs and take busses to the terminal.
