Narrative:

We were flying in a falcon 50 under IFR controled by ZNY. After some previous vectors we were given direct to unv and asked to report the airport in sight for the visual approach, our altitude was 6000 ft MSL. At 7 mi, and 6000 ft we obtained a visual on the airport and our heading was 240 degrees established on the localizer to runway 24. Due to ZNY holding us at 6000 ft until a visual approach could be made, we were high on the visual approach to runway 24. We slowed and used airbrakes, slats to lose our altitude and while descending through 3000 ft MSL we got a traffic alert on our TCASII of traffic at our altitude traveling toward our position. We initiated an s-turn to the right (northwest) to avoid the traffic which turned out to be a white helicopter. While maneuvering to miss the helicopter we noticed another aircraft 700 ft below us. We then initiated the s-turn back to the left (southwest) to reestablish ourselves for final on runway 24. The aircraft that was 700 ft below us evidently was on/in the traffic pattern at N96 (bellefonte) an airport 3 mi northwest of unv. A guy that lives near departure end of runway 25 said we had a near miss and was reporting us to the FAA.

Title: A FALCON 50 PIC MAKES A STEEP APCH AND ENCOUNTERS 2 DIFFERENT ACFT DURING A VISUAL APCH TO RWY 24 AT UNV, PA.

Narrative: WE WERE FLYING IN A FALCON 50 UNDER IFR CTLED BY ZNY. AFTER SOME PREVIOUS VECTORS WE WERE GIVEN DIRECT TO UNV AND ASKED TO RPT THE ARPT IN SIGHT FOR THE VISUAL APCH, OUR ALT WAS 6000 FT MSL. AT 7 MI, AND 6000 FT WE OBTAINED A VISUAL ON THE ARPT AND OUR HEADING WAS 240 DEGS ESTABLISHED ON THE LOC TO RWY 24. DUE TO ZNY HOLDING US AT 6000 FT UNTIL A VISUAL APCH COULD BE MADE, WE WERE HIGH ON THE VISUAL APCH TO RWY 24. WE SLOWED AND USED AIRBRAKES, SLATS TO LOSE OUR ALT AND WHILE DSNDING THROUGH 3000 FT MSL WE GOT A TFC ALERT ON OUR TCASII OF TFC AT OUR ALT TRAVELING TOWARD OUR POS. WE INITIATED AN S-TURN TO THE R (NW) TO AVOID THE TFC WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE A WHITE HELI. WHILE MANEUVERING TO MISS THE HELI WE NOTICED ANOTHER ACFT 700 FT BELOW US. WE THEN INITIATED THE S-TURN BACK TO THE L (SW) TO REESTABLISH OURSELVES FOR FINAL ON RWY 24. THE ACFT THAT WAS 700 FT BELOW US EVIDENTLY WAS ON/IN THE TFC PATTERN AT N96 (BELLEFONTE) AN ARPT 3 MI NW OF UNV. A GUY THAT LIVES NEAR DEP END OF RWY 25 SAID WE HAD A NEAR MISS AND WAS RPTING US TO THE FAA.
