Narrative:

I did the repair per srm (structural repair manual). I was told to leave it alone because the aircraft was going to ZZZ1 for a nose cowl change. Since the item was already on deferral, and the cure time was approximately 4 hours, I left it as is.

Title: A B757-200 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH A COWLING REPAIR DONE PER THE STRUCTURAL REPAIR MANUAL BUT WITH THE COMPOSITE REPAIR UNCURED.

Narrative: I DID THE REPAIR PER SRM (STRUCTURAL REPAIR MANUAL). I WAS TOLD TO LEAVE IT ALONE BECAUSE THE ACFT WAS GOING TO ZZZ1 FOR A NOSE COWL CHANGE. SINCE THE ITEM WAS ALREADY ON DEFERRAL, AND THE CURE TIME WAS APPROX 4 HRS, I LEFT IT AS IS.
