Narrative:
When aircraft X was in ZZZ, I was assigned to r-hand wing for repairs due to damage caused by panel leaving aircraft during flight. In my package of non routine technician's write-ups, was one for the left, which at the time, I mistook for a r-hand flap repair. The r-hand flap was replaced. L-hand at this time was not damaged. Non routine technician's write-ups for the left was signed off, replaced with serviceable unit, in fact no work had been done to l-hand flap at previously indicated by me. Aircraft X on was routed to ZZZ2 for inspection. L-hand flap was heard to have no delamination or damage in area stated on non routine technician's write-ups.
