Narrative:
5 mins after takeoff, a passenger was standing in front of the aft lavatories. I asked her to go back to her seat and she refused twice. I undid the safety strap to allow her to use the lavatory. While entering the lavatory, she kicked the door towards my knees because I was still sitting in my jump seat. I held the door back in order to keep her from crushing my legs. After she came back from the lavatory, she came to me and flight attendant #4 and started yelling at us. I notified immediately flight attendant #1 and the captain. The passenger was met by police and customer service at arrival in phx. All 3 flight attendants filled out a passenger in-flight disturbance report.

Title: MD SUPER 80 CABIN ATTENDANT RPTS PAX REFUSED TO SIT WHEN REQUESTED DURING DEP AND ACTED WITH VERBAL OUTRAGE. PAX WAS ESCORTED OFF ACFT BY POLICE AFTER LNDG.
Narrative: 5 MINS AFTER TKOF, A PAX WAS STANDING IN FRONT OF THE AFT LAVATORIES. I ASKED HER TO GO BACK TO HER SEAT AND SHE REFUSED TWICE. I UNDID THE SAFETY STRAP TO ALLOW HER TO USE THE LAVATORY. WHILE ENTERING THE LAVATORY, SHE KICKED THE DOOR TOWARDS MY KNEES BECAUSE I WAS STILL SITTING IN MY JUMP SEAT. I HELD THE DOOR BACK IN ORDER TO KEEP HER FROM CRUSHING MY LEGS. AFTER SHE CAME BACK FROM THE LAVATORY, SHE CAME TO ME AND FLT ATTENDANT #4 AND STARTED YELLING AT US. I NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY FLT ATTENDANT #1 AND THE CAPT. THE PAX WAS MET BY POLICE AND CUSTOMER SVC AT ARR IN PHX. ALL 3 FLT ATTENDANTS FILLED OUT A PAX INFLT DISTURBANCE RPT.
