Narrative:

I was flying on jul/xa/O2 in sport B19 when I encountered 2 other small aircraft. I successfully avoided them and as I leveled out, an air force C17 came shooting out from under my left wing at a vertical separation of no more than 75 ft. I feel the air force should monitor their TCASII better in order to avoid striking small aircraft.
