Narrative:

On jul/tue/02 there was a NOTAM for designating a temporary restr area around a ball park in ZZZ for a baseball game. I was flying outside the restr area and experienced engine roughness. Landed at small airport inside restr area as a precaution (approximately 1 1/2 mi within restr area). At the time of the rough running engine, I was trying to clear it and headed for the nearest airport. Didn't take time to look at chart to see if it was within restr area. After landing, looked at chart, saw I was just within restr area, tied-down and called for a ride. Went back following day (after restr lifted) to retrieve plane.

Title: SMA CESSNA PLT USED HIS EMER AUTH TO LAND AT THE NEAREST ARPT. HE ENTERED TFR AIRSPACE BECAUSE OF ENG PROBS.

Narrative: ON JUL/TUE/02 THERE WAS A NOTAM FOR DESIGNATING A TEMPORARY RESTR AREA AROUND A BALL PARK IN ZZZ FOR A BASEBALL GAME. I WAS FLYING OUTSIDE THE RESTR AREA AND EXPERIENCED ENG ROUGHNESS. LANDED AT SMALL ARPT INSIDE RESTR AREA AS A PRECAUTION (APPROX 1 1/2 MI WITHIN RESTR AREA). AT THE TIME OF THE ROUGH RUNNING ENG, I WAS TRYING TO CLR IT AND HEADED FOR THE NEAREST ARPT. DIDN'T TAKE TIME TO LOOK AT CHART TO SEE IF IT WAS WITHIN RESTR AREA. AFTER LNDG, LOOKED AT CHART, SAW I WAS JUST WITHIN RESTR AREA, TIED-DOWN AND CALLED FOR A RIDE. WENT BACK FOLLOWING DAY (AFTER RESTR LIFTED) TO RETRIEVE PLANE.
