Narrative:

On climb out from las on RNAV departure, we noticed a vibration climbing through 13000 ft airspeed 293 KTS. We slowed the aircraft to 270 KTS with vibration ceasing. At 285 KTS, we felt the vibration in the floor and seat but observed no abnormal engine or flight control irregularities. The captain conferred with the flight attendants if they felt anything and they stated nothing unusual. We continued to lax and were also asked to increase speed -- this coupled with a crossing restr. I increased to 305 KTS to comply and also used the speed brake at 250 KTS on the descent. No abnormal vibrations were felt. Neither of us thought the vibration was flight control induced. I should have taken the more cautious approach, refused the clearance and flown 270 KTS, no speed brakes as per the new bulletin.

Title: A B737-700 ON CLB AT 13000 FT AIRSPD 293 KTS, CREW NOTICED AN AIR FRAME VIBRATION AND SLOWED TO 270 KTS WHERE THE VIBRATION CEASED.

Narrative: ON CLBOUT FROM LAS ON RNAV DEP, WE NOTICED A VIBRATION CLBING THROUGH 13000 FT AIRSPD 293 KTS. WE SLOWED THE ACFT TO 270 KTS WITH VIBRATION CEASING. AT 285 KTS, WE FELT THE VIBRATION IN THE FLOOR AND SEAT BUT OBSERVED NO ABNORMAL ENG OR FLT CTL IRREGULARITIES. THE CAPT CONFERRED WITH THE FLT ATTENDANTS IF THEY FELT ANYTHING AND THEY STATED NOTHING UNUSUAL. WE CONTINUED TO LAX AND WERE ALSO ASKED TO INCREASE SPD -- THIS COUPLED WITH A XING RESTR. I INCREASED TO 305 KTS TO COMPLY AND ALSO USED THE SPD BRAKE AT 250 KTS ON THE DSCNT. NO ABNORMAL VIBRATIONS WERE FELT. NEITHER OF US THOUGHT THE VIBRATION WAS FLT CTL INDUCED. I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE MORE CAUTIOUS APCH, REFUSED THE CLRNC AND FLOWN 270 KTS, NO SPD BRAKES AS PER THE NEW BULLETIN.
