Narrative:

After pushback from gate and both engines started, I contacted ground control for taxi clearance. Ground controller advised, 'taxi via taxiway B, taxiway K, and taxiway east, plan runway 19R departure from taxiway V.' we began taxiing and started checklists. I cleared my side for traffic as we crossed the inactive runways but instead of stopping at taxiway B, we continued across runway 25R toward the full length departure end of runway 19R. There was no traffic for runway 25R. I was thinking taxiway V was across runway 25R. The ground controller called us immediately as we were crossing runway 25R and told us we were supposed to stop at taxiway V, but there was no conflict. I did not have my airport diagram out and also had not flown in almost 3 weeks. The controller never told us to hold short of runway 25R, although had we stopped at taxiway V we would not have been expected to cross the runway.

Title: DC9 FLC MISTAKENLY OVERSHOT THEIR TAXI OUT RWY HOLD LINE RESULTING IN XING ANOTHER RWY WHEN TAXIING BEYOND THEIR RWY HOLD SHORT INTXN.

Narrative: AFTER PUSHBACK FROM GATE AND BOTH ENGS STARTED, I CONTACTED GND CTL FOR TAXI CLRNC. GND CTLR ADVISED, 'TAXI VIA TXWY B, TXWY K, AND TXWY E, PLAN RWY 19R DEP FROM TXWY V.' WE BEGAN TAXIING AND STARTED CHKLISTS. I CLRED MY SIDE FOR TFC AS WE CROSSED THE INACTIVE RWYS BUT INSTEAD OF STOPPING AT TXWY B, WE CONTINUED ACROSS RWY 25R TOWARD THE FULL LENGTH DEP END OF RWY 19R. THERE WAS NO TFC FOR RWY 25R. I WAS THINKING TXWY V WAS ACROSS RWY 25R. THE GND CTLR CALLED US IMMEDIATELY AS WE WERE XING RWY 25R AND TOLD US WE WERE SUPPOSED TO STOP AT TXWY V, BUT THERE WAS NO CONFLICT. I DID NOT HAVE MY ARPT DIAGRAM OUT AND ALSO HAD NOT FLOWN IN ALMOST 3 WKS. THE CTLR NEVER TOLD US TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 25R, ALTHOUGH HAD WE STOPPED AT TXWY V WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN EXPECTED TO CROSS THE RWY.
