Narrative:

An aircraft experienced severe vibration due to a missing inboard hinge bolt on the left elevator trim tab. It was requested that the elevator and trim tab be replaced, along with other inspections and maintenance to be performed. The parts removed were to be gathered and quarantined. In the process of preparing the removed parts for shipment, I realized I did not have the 3 bolts that attached the tab to the elevator and the 2 bolts that attach the push/pull control rods to the tab. I then recalled the mechanics telling me they had ordered and replaced the missing bolt. The 3 outboard attach bolts and the bolts that secure the tab push/pull control rods may not have been replaced.
