Narrative:

After takeoff from las, a heavy engine vibration occurred at leveloff. ATC directed us to an intersection that was not in our GPS database. This associated with the engine problem distraction me and the aircraft climbed 400 ft above our cleared to leveloff altitude of 7000 ft MSL. A safe return was made to las and aircraft was subsequently taken OTS.

Narrative: AFTER TKOF FROM LAS, A HVY ENG VIBRATION OCCURRED AT LEVELOFF. ATC DIRECTED US TO AN INTXN THAT WAS NOT IN OUR GPS DATABASE. THIS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ENG PROB DISTR ME AND THE ACFT CLBED 400 FT ABOVE OUR CLRED TO LEVELOFF ALT OF 7000 FT MSL. A SAFE RETURN WAS MADE TO LAS AND ACFT WAS SUBSEQUENTLY TAKEN OTS.
