Narrative:
Buntr 1 arrival just past homrr fix. Starting leveloff at 9000 ft, ATC called traffic at approximately 11:30 O'clock position moving left to right. TCASII showed traffic -500 ft and closing. Got TA 'traffic' between -500 and -300 ft. We turned left to try and avoid an RA and to acquire the traffic visually. Shortly thereafter we got a 'monitor vertical speed' RA which then changed to a 'climb' RA. We followed both RA's in order and concluded our climb at about 10100 ft. We did not see the traffic until it was about 3/4 mi away in our 4-5 O'clock position. ATC informed us the traffic was uncontrolled and in uncontrolled airspace. Supplemental information from acn 549546: we followed TCASII RA to 10500 ft and notified ATC.

Narrative: BUNTR 1 ARR JUST PAST HOMRR FIX. STARTING LEVELOFF AT 9000 FT, ATC CALLED TFC AT APPROX 11:30 O'CLOCK POS MOVING L TO R. TCASII SHOWED TFC -500 FT AND CLOSING. WE FOLLOWED BOTH RA'S IN ORDER AND CONCLUDED OUR CLB AT ABOUT 10100 FT. WE DID NOT SEE THE TFC UNTIL IT WAS ABOUT 3/4 MI AWAY IN OUR 4-5 O'CLOCK POS. ATC INFORMED US THE TFC WAS UNCTLED AND IN UNCTLED AIRSPACE. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 549546: WE FOLLOWED TCASII RA TO 10500 FT AND NOTIFIED ATC.
