Narrative:

Just north of flm en route to rod at FL370, we received an RA due to another aircraft at the same altitude. We descended immediately in response to the RA. Soon after we responded, ATC issued us to immediately turn to a heading of 270 degrees. We told them we were descending due to an RA. We were then cleared to FL350. We were in IMC conditions at the time.
